Which dermal filler is best for fine lines and deep wrinkles?
I have badly dehydrated facial skin with lots of fine lines and some deep wrinkles. Which dermal filler would best address my situation?

Radiesse would be the best choice since it lasts about 12-18 months.

For the fine lines, I like Boletero. This new hyaluronic acid filler fills in fine lines quite nicely and is superior to older fillers (such as Juvederm and Restylane) that attempt to correct those same lines. For the deep folds, it
depends on the type of lines and their location. Treatment options also depend on what you are trying to achieve. Each patient may have their own likes and dislikes. Some considerations are Radiesse, Perlane, and Juvederm Ultra Plus.
