My face looks pretty good but my neck and jowl line are very saggy. I tried a laser treament but it didn't help. What is the best treatment?
For significant sagging of the neck, surgery provides the best results; there are no non-surgical treatments that can compare to the surgical tightening of the neck skin. However, if the sagging is associated with the weight of excessive adipose tissue, treatment of the excess adipose tissue, e.g., liposuction, Kybella and some fat denaturing techniques will improve the sagging.

Treating a lax jowl line and neck are best when there is a combination approach. Dermal fillers can give the appearance of a nicely shaped jaw line, while non invasive lasers such as AccentXL, Pelleve or Ultherapy will tighten and firm up the skin around the neck and face. Also using an appropriate skin care regimen will enhance the results.

I would recommend the Exilis. It is a new FDA device for skin
tightening approved in 2010. It uses radiofrequency to heat the
collagen tissue. It is recommended that you have 4 treatments 1
treatment every 1-2 weeks. It is the most effective treatment I have
seen that is nonsurgical.
