If not which is better?

Neither of these procedures are used in my clinic. Zerona is particularly ineffective as a procedure. You may lose weight because you diet and exercise for 3 months during the process, but in my opinion, the machine does nothing.

We use a variety of noninvasive procedures: CoolSculpting, which freezes targeted fat cells; Ultrashape, which kills fat cells with sound waves; Vanquish, which kills fat cells with heat (and is not painful); Vela Shape, which uses radiofrequency and suction. We use all of these procedures in various combinations as we are a complete body center.

Some patients are not good candidates for one procedure but may be able to take advantage of another. I used to perform invasive liposuction, but with the new technology, it is not necessary any longer. I would seek out a practice that uses multiple procedures.
