I have excessive sweating in my hands and feet and desperately want to find a solution to fix this problem. My hands are constantly clammy and my feet are sweaty and cause them to smell horrible. Can you please give me some advice?

There are treatments available for your excessive perspiration - known as Hyperhidrosis. Treatments include topical products, iontophoresis and medication taken orally in an attempt to suppress this excessive perspiration.

You can try Botox or Dysport, which is quite effective. It would last 3-9 months, so it will have to be repeated to maintain its effect.
