I had a tear through filler procedure 11 days ago and I still have a "ball" of swelling under my left eye. Is this normal?

Is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling at this stage?

The tear trough is one of the toughest areas for fillers. The most common problem is that, if one tries to fully correct that groove at the time of treatment, the swelling in the area may create a ridge, instead of a groove. Any swelling should go down over 2 to 4 weeks. There is not much you can do at this point. However if it fails to go down to any significant degree at 1 month, this filler could be "melted away" with Hyaluronidase injection (assuming that you received a product such as Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero or Volbella).

Belotero Balance -1 answer
I had belotero and botox for smokers lines yesterday. Since the treatments, I've noticed a lot of bruising around my mouth. It looks like I was in a car accident. How long till the bruising goes away? The swelling is not too bad, I've been using ice.

Belotero Balance -1 answer
My dermatologist injected Belotero around my mouth, but now my smile has changed and I have new wrinkles radiating from around my mouth like whiskers. Was this too much product in the corners of the mouth or in the folds? What should I do?
