If you truly have dark circles, which is a lymphatic drainage problem, then the Venus Freeze is the only option. However, this only makes up about 10-20% of the patients. Most patients have volume loss underneath the eyes that is causing the appearance of dark circles. In this case, a dermal filler is the solution. Some patients will have both, which would mean a combination of Venus Freeze and a dermal filler like Restylane.
