Hi, I have lots of rolling scars on my back from cystic acne many years ago. I would like to know if Fraxel repair is the way to go. If not, which treatment would give me the best results?
Fractional CO2 is certainly good choice. We also use a Syneron/Candella device known as Profound. It is a minimally invasive procedure that projects probes into the area being treated and then once there in the skin, delivers heat. I would suggest doing a Google search about Profound and read about it. Back acne is a tough problem, but you are on the right track.

I think the Dermapen is a great resurfacing and scar revision treatment. It is a micro-needling device that breaks up scar tissue, but you may need several treatments to get the results you are looking for. We sell the procedure with a pack of Tensage Growth Factor 40 from Biopelle. These amazing little ampules heal the skin within 24 hours as opposed to 5-7 days. I think you will be happy with the results if you do a micro-needling procedure instead of a fraxel treatment!
