Sculptra in New York, New York (NY)

Sculptra is not like other injectable products like Botox, collagen or Restylane.
What happens with Sculptra is that tiny particles of PLA are diluted in an application of sterile water, strategically placed in the skin, and then contoured for the most favorable results. The particles of PLA fuel the development of new collagen in your skin, providing you with more volume over a period of time.

You may need a series of 3-5 applications every four to six weeks. Results are gradual and can be seen over a two to six month period. There is no downtime with Sculptra treatments.

You may experience some temporary bruising and swelling that will dissipate on its own after a few days. Sculptra can be combined with Botox Restylane, FotoFacial and FotoLift procedures as well as assisting anyone whose had a facelift and just wants a little more facial volume.
