Can Tickle Lipo tighten flabby upper arms without making them look worse?

At 64 years old, I have flabby upper arms. Some of it has to do with my dramatic weight loss. I have lost about 40 lbs over the past several months. Can Tickle Lipo tighten my upper arms? Is there a possibility that my arms could look worse after the procedure?
