The most effective method to remove these 'smokers lines' is through an ablative resurfacing technique such as medium or deep chemical peel or CO2 laser. Of course, ablative resurfacing procedures will 2 to 3 weeks of recuperation, after which avoidance from sunlight is advised for a few months.
