Are big red bumps a side effect of Genesis Skin Rejuvenation? Will they go away soon?

I had my first Genesis Skin Rejuvenation treatment two days ago. Now, I have huge red bumps along my jawline and the side of my neck. Is this a normal side effect following treatment? Will the bumps go away soon?

Yes, they should subside within a few days. It is probably a heat-induced reaction but will subside eventually!
