7 days ago I had Restylane refined around my laugh lines. It's uneven and looks to be pouches on the side of my lower mouth. Why is it still swollen?

Any filler injection may cause some swelling around the injection site. This swelling should go down over 10-14 days. Is there any bruising? Bruising by itself would cause the area to be uneven; this would also resolve over 10-14 days. The least appealing explanation is that too much filler was injected (over-correction). In that case, the use of a dissolving agent (Hyaluronidase) would be the only solution.
