Your age would likely not preclude you from receiving a CoolSculpting treatment. The Important factor is the type of fat you have stored in the areas that concern you. Most offices offer a free analysis to see if you are a good candidate. If the fat is "pinch-able" it can probably be treated by freezing. There are also other noninvasive procedures to kill fat cells. Just for your information, my oldest patient was over 90.

No, as long as you don't have any serious medical conditions or have any contraindications to the treatment itself, such as active infections, active wounds in the desired area, etc.
