Which facial fillers are the most effective and longest lasting?

I am a young 65 year old and might consider having a facial/jowl filler treatment . Which one is longest lasting and most effective? What is the average cost for one syringe?

There are many long lasting dermal fillers on the market today. My preference of dermal fillers for jowls and cheek augmentation are Radiesse and Voluma. These fillers last anywhere from 18 to 24 months and are excellent in helping promote your own collagen.

There are several facial fillers available to you.
I will discuss the ones I like the best.
You could use Restylane or Juvederm. These are from sugar and last about 1
year.
They are $600/cc and I can usually treat you with 1cc.
There are a couple of other treatment choices that I like to utilize.
Artefill lasts years. It requires a skin test that needs to be read at 1
month.. This is $1000/cc . Again, I can do a lot with 1cc.You get immediate
changes from the collagen part and then the micro-particles stimulates you
to build your own collagen.
I also , like to use Sculptra. These last 2 choices stimulate you to build
your own collagen. Your collagen lasts years.
Sculptra is more of a delayed response and usually requires 3 treatments 1
month apart on the average. I charge by the cc( $200/cc).
Each patient is different.
I hope this information helps you.

For facial jowls I would recommend Radiesse which last up to a year. The cost is $600-750 per syringe. You can also consider Mesotherapy which would eliminate the jowl instead of hiding them. This would last 5-10 years and would cost about $750.
