Which is better for skin tightening, Smart Lipo or Lipotherme?

In comparing the lasers, it seems as though Lipotherme has a higher voltage laser but the NM is lower. After doing some research, it seems like the NM is needed for skin tightening. Can you tell me which laser is more effective?
