How many post-op visits should you have after Lipotherme?

I had Lipotherme and now I'm worried because a fluid-filled lump has developed. The problem is that my doctor's practice is closing and I've already paid for the procedure. I've only had two post-op visits. Do I require more? If so, should she refer me to someone and should I have to pay for that?
