Can microdermabrasion be used on non-facial areas?

My decolletage has a lot of age spots and uneven skin. Can I have microdermabrasion on it to improve the tone? What about on my forearms?

Microdermabrasion can be done on your face as well as your decolletage,
arms, hands or back. Microdermabrasion is commonly used to treat and/or
diminish blackheads, whiteheads, fine lines and wrinkles, sun damaged skin,
acne prone skin, hyperpigmentation, oily skin and dry or patchy skin.
None of the above is intended as medical advice. If you have a medical
concern, please consult your doctor.

Basically, microdermabrasion is only working on the superficial layer of dead skin called the stratum corneum. This makes it a very safe procedure and can be used on almost any area of the body.

Yes you can have a Microdermabrasion or Vibradermabrasion on your decolletage, hands, feet, neck arms and back. For your decolletage I would also recommend combining it with a package of IPL PhotoFacial treatments to improve results. The IPL RejuveLux Photofacial helps diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, skin blemishes such as sun damage, dark pigment, discoloration, freckles and age spots. The results are glowing, smooth, and blemish-free skin and a more youthful appearance.
