Can I take aleve or ibuprofen for headache and swollen eyelids 3 days after dysport injections?
If you do not have contraindications such as bleeding disorder, stomach irritation, or kidney dysfunction you can take aleve 1 or 2 tablets twice a day. You should also be icing for 10-15 minutes at a time. Make sure you also elevate your head when you are lying down.

Yes, we would recommend ibuprofen. We question whether the issue with
your eyelids is swelling or droop. If Botox is injected incorrectly, it
can cause eyelid and eyebrow drooping. You should schedule with your
injector to review this. If it is because of an incorrect injection
technique, the ibuprofen will not help.
