Can Active FX ease or rid the appearance of smoking lines around the mouth?

I have lines on top of my lips that look like smoking lines. I also have hair on my face. Would Active FX ease/rid the appearance of the smoking lines around my mouth? Also, does the treatment remove facial hair?
