The purpose of the blue wavelength is to kill the bacteria involved with active acne. From your question, it does not seem as though that is your problem. I suggest you consult with a skin care expert to determine the source of the problem and how best to resolve it.

Blue light treatments are really best for inflammatory acne. You
basically have sebum (oils) in your pores that can be expressed from
the pore with pressure. This is not the same as acne. I would tell you
to wash your face 2 times per day for 1 minute each time. Use a good
facial wash. I would then recommend to use a retinol
or tretinoin cream as these may benefit you.
