Is there such a thing as a non-surgical facelift?
Many products and procedures claim the effects of a "non-surgical face lift". Is there anything, other than a real, surgical procedure, that will give me the look I achieve when I place my fingertips at the top of my jawline and lift an inch? - Jowels

The effect you describe when using your fingers to pull back on your cheeks towards your ears will only be achieved with a surgical facelift. What some often describe as a 'liquid facelift' - implying the use of Botox and Filler - cannot achieve this result. In addition, non-surgical laser and radiofrequency devices, likewise, cannot achieve anything close to a facelift. The promotional photos that represent otherwise are not reproducible. Thread-lifting produces some temporary stretching (often for only months) of the skin but, certainly, not what a surgical facelift achieves.

There are definitely some possibilities that may help a good deal. I find that 80% patients who want a lift can do it non-surgically. I would recommend that you come in to talk about these different possibilities since everyone has their own unique situation. They range from lasers, Ulthera, dermal fillers, sculptra, etc.
