Is Active FX the most effective treatment for sun damaged skin?

I have moderately sun damaged skin and am looking for the best treatment for this condition. How does Active FX compare to Fraxel?

It depends on how you define sun damage. If sun damage is fine lines and wrinkles, then both of these are good options. If sun damage is brown spots, then neither one of these is the best option. Active Fx, Fraxel and other fractional resurfacing procedures are helpful when trying to improve the texture of the skin. If you want to get rid of brown spots, you should consider IPL or Q-switched lasers, as they work better. Focus on the right practitioner and not the technology so much.
