I'm wondering why none of the doctors are promoting skintyte when the pictures on this site look so impressive

When considering any treatment - especially when results are promoted in subjective terms (cellulite, skin tightening, acne scarring, among others) - you should only rely on before and after photographs that represent doctors' actual patients that they have personally treated. You should not take the manufacturers' before and after photographs as being representative of actual patients or by any means reproducible. If the doctor is only promoting a procedure based upon the manufacturers before and after photographs - either they do not have much experience with a device or they have not been able to produce the kinds of results that manufacturers' photographs depict,

Pictures chosen for results are not always "typical" and are usually the best results.
Other options include titan or thermage. We do the titan.
