I'm 25 with under-eye wrinkles - Do you suggest Thermage or Botox?

I am in my seventies and have some loose skin on my neck. Could Thermage solve this problem, or is there a better alternative you could suggest?

My esthetician said that thermage may work to reduce the appearance of my acne scars, but most of the reviews I've read online just talk about it as a wrinkle treatment.
