Do liver spots ever bleed?

I have 3 spots on my forearm; I've had them over 5 years. In the interim,I had two blood tests for cancer, which have been negative. Two spots are light brown and the size of a pencil eraser. The one in the middle is not quite dime-sized, but it is brown to reddish brown on the outside. They are all flat. The larger one has bled before. Is this normal? Do liver spots ever bleed? Should I be concerned?

It is unusual for liver spot or solar lentigines to bleed. I would recommend you get that checked by a doctor.

I had a photo facial done 17 days ago. I still have straight burn marks on my face (strips of 1/4" burn alternated with 1/4" natural skin color from the top of my face to the bottom all the way across). Is this permanent damage? It looks like stripes. I have olive skin.
