Can Perlane or Restylane and Radiesse be combined?

Yes, you can definitely combine dermal fillers; there are no restrictions. Some dermal fillers are better than others for structural support and sculpting, for example Radiesse is great to use for cheek augmentation and in the chin, it's made from Calcium Hydroxylapatite so it's thicker and firmer than Restylane.

Restylane is a good product to use in the eye area because it is a softer filler comprised of hyaluronic acid. Dermal fillers do help replace lost volume, so the skins appearance does improve. However, if you have sun damage or pigmentation, laser resurfacing and IPL/Photofacials are options to improve uneven pigmentation.

I use combinations of fillers all of the time and even on the same day. generally when I inject Radiesse into the chin I inject deep and just above the bone so there will not be skin improvement from the Radiesse. I do not feel that you get the same improvement in the skin from Radiesse as you do from the hyaluronic acids such as Restylane or Juvederm.
