Skin Tyte is a non surgical procedure that can tighten wrinkled areas on the face or body. The procedure may be combined with other treatments that can intensify the effects of Skin Tyte and bring additional benefits.
BOTOX® or Purtox
Both BOTOX® and Purtox employ small quantities of the botulinum toxin, which has a few benefits for the skin and face:
- It keeps the muscles relaxed (a treatment is effective for up to 6 months)
- The skin will not form dynamic wrinkles, so there will be no creases or deeper lines on the surface of the skin
Purtox is very similar to BOTOX®, but it employs a different type of botulinum toxin. A patient can choose BOTOX®, but Purtox is recommended if the patient is allergic to BOTOX®.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers can be used to compliment and intensify the effects of Skin Tyte. The Skin Type will tighten the skin, but if there are wrinkles, these can be filled with a few dermal fillers.
The dermal fillers that are currently used may contain human, porcine or bovine collagen or hyaluronic acid.
Liposuction
A gentle liposuction can be recommended if the patient has some excess fat on the face and neck. Cool Lipo, ProLipo or Body Jet Liposuction are just a few treatments that are safe for use on the face and neck.
Skin Resurfacing Techniques
If the patient has texture problems or skin imperfections, a few skin resurfacing techniques should be applied. These can be combined with Skin Tyte and may be applied before or after the treatment.
