Is it OK to have Restylane injected under my eyes 2 weeks after radiofrequency treatment and 2 weeks before?

I had a filler six months back, and as the results fade away I would like to get another filler treatment. However, I have developed a small lump under the skin in my laugh line which is not visible, but I can feel it when I press the area. Can I have more filler with the lump still there, or does that need to be addressed first?
