Can the Palomar 1540 fractional resurfacing laser be used on the front of your neck? If so, how well does it work?

Yes, fractional laser resurfacing can be performed on the neck. If you are looking for neck "lifting," then this is not the right option for you. But when fractional resurfacing is done well for the neck, you can see improvements in the texture of the skin (the crepiness). Good luck.
