Will Laser Resurfacing work on diminishing the appearance of facial veins?

For asian sensitive skin w/subtle veins. I am looking for the bright porcelain look. Nothing strong that's going to make my skin more sensitive. What is the best Laser Resurfacing procedure?

No, laser resurfacing is not the best choice. For purplish veins you should use the 1064 YAG laser. For the reddish capillaries, then the IPL is the best choice. The Veinwave is also very effective for treating the fine redish veins on the face and is very safe and not as expensive.

Laser resurfacing is not the right choice of procedure for small veins. Long pulsed Yag and/or pulsed dye lasers will effectively remove the small veins you are speaking about without laser resurfacing.
