Which is more effective, Actuane or Isolaz?

I only have breakouts periodically, with the result being one to two pimples. However, they are deep and painful pimples. I used Acutane in the past and it worked very well on my pimples, but it made me feel sick. Isolaz looks like a much better alternative. What do you think? Is one better than the other?
