What will help resolve seborrheic dermatitis besides steroid creams and shampoos?
I have adult cradle cap on my scalp and face. I can control it on my scalp but not my face. I want it to go away! What will help besides steroid creams and shampoos?

NdYag laser treatment for redness/broken capillaries on the bridge of my nose resulted in blistering. That healed well in about 10 days. But I now have both PIH (browning) & PIE (redness) at the site of the healed blister. It’s persistent & won’t go away. It’s been 6 weeks & nothing seems to help. Been treating with Aquaphor & silicon gel (plus constant sunscreen). What can I do to safely even out the color? Is it too soon to lighten? Should I consider Vbeam? How long should I wait?
