The easiest, more predictable, and safest method is to consider putting a dermal filler on the right side. If done correctly, this should improve the symmetry. There are many fillers that can be chosen such as Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, or Radiesse. They are have their pluses and minuses but all can be used.

It's possible that dermal fillers will help. But if the asymmetry is pronounced you may want to consider cheek implants as over the long run this may be a superior and more cost effective solution that dermal fillers.
