What can be done to smooth a lumpy stomach after liposuction?
I had regular liposuction on my stomach 10 years ago. I was happy with the fat removal, but was left with a lumpy stomach. I haven't gained weight but my stomach is still very lumpy. Is there anything I can do to have a smooth stomach again?

I would recommend that you try to find either a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who has a practice with a "body center" division in the practice. By this, I mean someone who has several and varied forms of treatment, heat, cold, ultrasound etc. I know that Dr. Grant Stevens in Southern California shared some amazing liposuction corrections at a conference in Aspen a couple of years ago. It's a tough problem but it can be helped.

You can consider Sculpsure, which uses a laser to melt fat in the abdomen. Another possibility is Mesotherapy. Though this is not FDA approved, it has been around for over 60 years and I have used this for over 10 years with great success in post-lipo patients to help smooth out the fat.
