You can do laser liposuction or mesotherapy. There are advantages and disadvantages to each procedure. The laser lipo would accomplish this in 1 treatment but would cost more and would require a compression garment to be worn for 6 weeks. There are small risk that you could burn the skin. Mesotherapy would cost less but require multiple treatments. There is small amount of soreness with this procedure in the beginning. Mesotherapy does
not provide any skin tightening while the laser lipo does.
