Is Cosmelan the only way to treat the brown spots that was done by ipl?

There are many ways to treat hyperpigmentation (traumatic brown spots) caused by IPL. Cosmelan is one way, but there are also other products that contain hydroquinone and may be more affordable. Finally, we use very mild q-switched laser treatments to remove brown scarring. All of these methods are options.
