What are the best Skin Rejuvenation methods for younger skin?

I'm in my late 20s, so my skin is still fairly young, but I've noticed some unevenness in tone and texture lately and want to address it. The skin looks dull, sometimes blotchy and feels rough/flaky at times. What are the best methods for me?

There is not one simple answer to your question. If pore size and skin texture is an issue, then you should look for a laser that has the ability to generate new collagen - a laser resurfacing tool. It does not have to be a laser resurfacing procedure that results in downtime, but something that causes a thermal injury to the skin and gets it to produce new collagen. For (no downtime) laser resurfacing, we use the Aramis, Pulsed Dye or Q-switched Nd:Yg lasers.

For uneven pigment, your best bet would be q-switched lasers. This type of laser is used primarily for sun spots, birthmarks, freckles and other types of uneven pigmentation of the skin. These lasers will do the trick to make sure your skin tone is even.

I have 3 spots on my forearm; I've had them over 5 years. In the interim,I had two blood tests for cancer, which have been negative. Two spots are light brown and the size of a pencil eraser. The one in the middle is not quite dime-sized, but it is brown to reddish brown on the outside. They are all flat. The larger one has bled before. Is this normal? Do liver spots ever bleed? Should I be concerned?
