Surgery to remove/reduce the scars from fire burns

About 4 years ago I was in a fire accident. The fire cause me to have scars on my cheeks, chin, neck, and on both my hands. Now I would like to get surgery to reduce the scars. What surgery would you suggest to remove/reduce my scars?

Fractional CO2 resurfacing is the most recent advancement in skin resurfacing, and is one of the most useful methods for softening and reducing burn scars. Multiple treatments may be required and only small areas (such as the whole face) can be treated at a time without general anesthesia. Consult with your Board Certified Dermatologist who specializes in Laser Surgery therapy to see if your scars are appropriate for this therapy.

Depending on how extensive the scars are you will do some type of scar
revision. Otherwise, I would consider a fractional ablative laser
with CO2 or erbium yag laser. In our clinic I use the Sciton
Profractional laser which has been quite effective for scars.
