It's been a week since my SmartXide Dot treatment and I have yet to heal, is this normal?

I recently had DOT Therapy and it isn't a simple recovery like mentioned. I am purple, blistering, brown, pink, and there is no way I can put makeup on or go outside. It has been a week today. I don't believe this is normal. Is it?

If you have blistering still after 1 week, I would contact your treating physician's office. Generally, with a fractional laser resurfacing procedure, the healing takes about 5-7 days. It does sound like you are progressing slowly, but this may be something related to your specific health situation. Best to reach out to your treating practitioner.
