Is Vaser Liposelection for hyperhidrosis considered a medical or cosmetic procedure?

I have underarm skin (or fat) that I would like removed, and some on my stomach and thighs. If I can have this Vaser Lipo done can the fat that is removed be put in other areas to smooth out the cellulite areas. I am 60 and I just want to look better

I need to have fat removed from everywhere. I'm wondering whether Vaser Liposelection is the right procedure for this and if so, how long it will take to have my entire body treated.

I have not seen cellulite as bad on anyone as it is on me. My thighs are like gobs of cottage cheese (LG curd). Will Vaser Liposelection work on me? Will anything short of a thigh lift work on me?

What are the most common complications from the Vaser liposelection procedure if it's performed on the abdomen (below waist and above pubic area)?
