I haven't about this reaction. I have also talked to a representative from Allergan and they have not heard of either.

This is not one of the potential side effects called out by the manufacturer and is not something that we have seen in our own practice, so we would have to say no. Latisse will not have the opposite effect of causing your eyelashes to fall out.
