Is Mesotherapy or Velashape better for treating cellulite?

I have a tremendous amount of cellulite on my thighs, and am considering getting a cosmetic procedure to help with it. Which one has been more reliable with cellulite improvement?

Mesotherapy or Velashape can have a modest improvement on cellulite, but I can't enthusiastically recommend either because they do not work for many cellulite cases. I know there is a newer treatment called cellfina that is available that may have better success. Cellulite unfortunately is difficult to treat.

Cellulite is a tough problem. We prefer Velshape but we also have had good success with a minimally invasive procedure called Profound, previously known as E prime and also made by Syneron/Candela, the maker of Velashape. The important thing to remember is treating cellulite is a process and must be continued over time. Moderate levels of cellulite are the most effectively treated.
