For laser hair removal, it is best to have calm and "un-tanned" skin to obtain the best results safely. Eczema in itself, would not preclude laser hair removal but the extent of the eczema and the degree of inflammation will determine if it can be done safely. Consult a laser hair removal center with an experienced physician medical director for a consult before proceding.
