Is it common for Blue Peels to not cause a complete peel?

I had my second blue peel 8 days ago and have yet to fully peel like I did the first peel one year ago. Is it ok to scrub my face yet? By this point last peel I had already peeled all over my face and was told I could scrub my face?

It is OK to exfoliate your face. I don't recommend scrubbing with a wash rag, but rather using a mild facial scrub.
