Is CoolSculpting right for me?

I exercise at least three times a week, eat my veggies everyday, take vitamins everyday, and I'm always buying diet products. Over the past six months, the products I've used have all been from Complete Nutrition, which is expensive. But, I still am overweight. Could CoolSculpting work for me?

It is certainly possible that Coolsculpt could work for you. Most clinics offer a free analysis and prefer candidates who have a stable weight with stubborn fat to remove. For bulk fat removal, we use a new radiofrequency (RF) device known as Vanquish. This is a heat-based fat removal, but it is not uncomfortable (as are most RF treatments). It can be used in combination with freezing, which can be very effective. We call this the "fire and ice" technique. If you seek out Coolsculpting, look for a clinic who offers Z-wave as part of the treatment. It increases the effectiveness of Coolsculpting.

Yes, it sounds like you may be a candidate. Coolsculpting is a method to treat small pockets of unwanted fat in targeted areas. You can permanently get rid of these targeted areas as long as you are trying to treat 1-3 inches of fat. Coolsculpting is not a weight loss treatment. If you are more than 20-30 lbs over your ideal weight, then I would suggest consulting a professional at a medical weight loss center to receive help with losing some of the extra weight before considering Coolsculpting.
