Is Acoustic Wave Therapy the best treatment for cellulite?
How is Acoustic Wave therapy different from Thermage in targetting Cellulite? Are spider veins a possible side effect?

I find AWT to be most effective modality that I have seen to treat cellulite. In my clinic, I see about a 50-70% improvement. I would not recommend using Thermage as a treatment for cellulite since it is not designed to treat this condition. I have not seen any spider veins as a result of AWT.
