I have white spots that appear on my face, what could this be?

I have these white spots on my face that usually occur when I eat sour things such as lemons, lucas, and other foods that have acid. I have been trying to find cures that remove these white spots and patches but need to know what I am dealing with?

I don't know the relationship between sour foods and your skin reaction. Sounds like vitiligo.

You should consult a dermatologist. This is a difficult question to answer in this forum.
