I have a hyperpigmented scar from a TCA Peel, what should I do to treat it?

Can Triluma eradicate the hyperpigment/post inflammatory scar caused by a TCA peel on face? Or will another TCA peel help? What other options do i have done? i just want the color brown of the deep burn to go away is it possible?

Your scarring would need to be evaluated to decide the best treatment option for you. It depends on the color of your skin and the extent of the scarring to customize a treatment program for you.

Based on your description, there are two options we would consider:

1. Triluma is a hydroquinone based product that may help, but it also has Retin A, which may irritate your situation. Hydroquinone is definitely an option, but you may want to look for one that does not have the Retin A so that it is gentler on the skin.

2. Q-switched lasers. We use these type of lasers for all manner of pigmentation from tattoos to birthmarks, road rash to dark trauma scars. The practitioner you seek must be experienced though as he/she must be careful to use fluences (energies) that do not cause further trauma.
