I had a threadlift but the threads have loosened and are now poking out. How can they be removed?

I had a threadlift about 8 years ago and now one of the threads has loosened, causing it to migrate down to my chin. It feels like it is poking out and as if a pin is sticking me. The experience has been a nightmare! I want them removed ASAP. How can I go about doing this?
