How to treat (mild) blackheads?

I have a few blackheads on my nose & chin, my pores aren't large, my skin isn't oily or acne prone, it's a bit dry & sensitive.

What are glycolic acid treatments? Do they come as scrubs, lotions or something else entirely? Recommend any product?
